I was once again invited by the Office of Civil Defense as one of their speaker on First aid and CPR as well as Basic Firefigthing topic on their disaster management seminar. This time the seminar was in Bantayan Island.
The Island is famous for their white beaches is usually frequented by tourist. My schedule was May 13. I arrive one day earlier since I have to start by 8am on the scheduled date. The participants were mostly officials of the Baranggay, as well as teachers from the public schools and local officials of the municipality.
After the seminar, I had the pleasure of touring some of the great places of the island including their beach resorts and their famous Ugtong Cave.
