A rescue diver from our area came in to our training center for First aid, CPR and AED training update as well as oxygen administration course.
He was well adept to the course and it took us a few hours just to finish the whole program.

Disaster Management SeminarMunicipality of Tuburan
The Office of Civil Defense conducted a disaster management seminar and I was invited to speak about First aid and CPR.
The Municipal Mayor delivered a speech during the seminar. The Vice Mayor as well as the Municipal Councilors, department heads, barrangay officials and Dep Ed representatives considered the seminar a very successful event.
